Tailored Professional Learning
KU offers a number of one-off workshops and two part series that can be tailored to meet the professional learning needs of your service.
The design of the Professional Learning Program provides avenues to tailor training requirements based on service specific needs, Quality Improvement Plans and specialist interest areas. These offerings include:
‘In Residence' Consultants
Unique to KU is the option to couple professional learning sessions with ‘In Residence' visits. ‘In Residence' visits provide services with a dedicated KU professional learning consultant or critical friend who offers on-site coaching and mentoring to support learning moving into daily practice. This model has been delivered across KU services for many years, and has resulted in deep, critical thinking and the embedding of concepts learnt within the service during operating hours.
For enquiries regarding tailored professional learning sessions complete the enquiry form. A member of the KU Professional Services and Learning team will contact you to discuss your enquiry.
