Working collaboratively, we listen and respond to the guidance and advice of cultural knowledge holders, and cultural experts, teachers and educators, recognising the significance of upholding diverse cultural protocols of communities, augmenting processes for self-determination and decision-making.
By implementing the KU Statement of Commitment Principles, we strive to enhance and reinforce ethical policies and practices, ensuring that every Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander child, family, and employee has equitable opportunities for, education, and employment.

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employee Network Group was established in 2021, acknowledging the importance of engagement and interconnected collaborations. The Network Group offers Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander employee’s opportunities to come together to learn and share.
