Application

Interview
- Our interviews can be done through videoconference, face-to-face, or a mix of both. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your unique skills and motivation for the role. We have reviewed your written application, and now we would like to learn more about you as a person.
- We believe that recruitment is a mutual process: you choose your employer just as much as they choose you. We encourage you to ask any questions you have about the position or KU.Â
Pre-employment checks
- At KU, we prioritise child safety and wellbeing. For over 20 years, our dedicated Child Safe and Wellbeing team has been guiding our practices and supporting staff in addressing child safety concerns.
- We are proud of our high standards, and we work with new employees to complete the relevant pre-employment checks. The KU Recruitment Team will provide you with the relevant information and support throughout the process.Â
Offer of employment
- Congratulations! If your application is successful, we will send you a formal offer via email. You can accept it with just a click.
- We have a detailed onboarding process to help you get started at KU. It begins with a welcome call from your new manager, ensuring you feel part of the team right away.Â
