About this service

Our program and approach

When children play and explore, their imagination and curiosity are sparked – they enjoy learning and are inspired to continue learning more.

Our play-based program intentionally provides a wide range of engaging opportunities and activities based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

We specialise in the Restorative (Reconciliation) Approach, which proactively addresses issues like bullying and violence by promoting social-emotional skills, relationship-building and problem-solving. Research shows it can transform behaviour and build healthy preschool communities.

KU Chatswood West is the most wonderful place to send your children to learn, grow and develop into beautiful, special little people. The staff are beyond exceptional, and Annie the Director is truly amazing. Two of my children attended KU and loved every single day. They have become beautifully well rounded young teens and those early years at KU have taught them how to make friends, develop relationships and work their imagination in all they do. Thank you KU for some of the greatest years of my childrens lives (and mine).
