Our program and approach

When children play and explore, their imagination and curiosity are sparked – they enjoy learning and are inspired to continue learning more.

Our play-based program intentionally provides a wide range of engaging opportunities and activities based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

We are passionate about maintaining strong ties with the community and providing a source of support for children and families. We have excellent relationships with local schools and organisations, acting as a bridge for families to ensure that each child thrives.

Director

Michelle Crandell is a university qualified early childhood teacher with over 30 years’ experience working across a range of early childhood settings including nursery rooms, long day care and preschool. She holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education from Macquarie University.

Michelle believes that children are capable and resourceful learners who are active contributors to their own learning. She supports this by working in partnership with families to help each child develop to their full potential.

My boy enrolled on this service this January. He settled very quickly and was happy to go to the centre. My boy would like to tell me what he had been involved in the different activities throughout the day. And whatever the drop off or pick up time, all the children in this service are all looks very calm, happy and engaged.

i used to go here a long time ago-i loved my time there even if it was just for a few months. the teachers here are really kind and fun and treat the kids very well. they even have a farm and there was never a dull moment. now im 9000 years old and im glad i went to this preschool
