Overview

The Joey Club Sydney goes beyond childcare. We create a safe and nurturing environment where childhood is celebrated.

We are a Qantas work-based long day care service managed by KU, providing rich education and care tailored to each child’s needs in a family-focussed and supportive way.

Our experienced and dedicated educators build secure, trusting relationships with each child, fostering a sense of belonging and confidence.

We are particularly proud of the partnerships we have developed with our families and our Qantas community. Being a work-based service, we have an emphatic and highly responsive position to understanding the complexities of working families.

About this service

Our program and approach

When children play and explore, their imagination and curiosity are sparked – they enjoy learning and are inspired to continue learning more.

Our play-based program intentionally provides a wide range of engaging opportunities and activities based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

We strive to make children’s learning visible through thoughtful documentation, celebrating each child as a capable, active participant in society. This enhances family engagement, provides meaningful insights into children’s learning, and enriches their ongoing learning.
