Jin Oh is a university qualified early childhood teacher with over 25 years’ experience working with children.
Jin believes each and every child has the potential to bring something unique and special to the world and enjoys helping children to develop their potential by believing in them as capable individuals. She sees her role as a teacher as giving children the tools with which to cultivate their own gardens of knowledge. To accomplish this goal, she teaches to the needs of each child, so that all learners can feel capable and successful.
Jin presents the curriculum that involves the interests of the children and makes learning relevant to life, incorporating themes, integrated activities with families, projects, group work, individual work and hands-on learning in order to enable children to be active learners.
Jin ties in learning into our community to help children become caring and active members of in our society. Aside from English, Jin also speaks Korean.
