KU Children’s Services is very proud to have been recognised as an Employer of Choice at the 2017 Australian Business Awards. Having previously won the award in 2016, KU has now received the prestigious Employer of Choice award two years running.

The award recognises KU as a leading workplace that has maximised the full potential of their workforce through practices that demonstrate effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention.

After becoming the first early education provider to ever win the award last year, KU has established itself as one of the leading employers in early childhood education in Australia.

“KU is delighted to have been named as an Employer of Choice at the Australian Business Awards for two years in a row. As a sector leader with over 120 years of experience in early education, we have long recognised our employees as key to our ongoing success,” said KU Children’s Services CEO, Christine Legg.

“Together, we are driven by the passionate pursuit of quality early education and encourage others to join us as we work to ensure that every child can experience a high quality early childhood education, where they can connect, wonder, explore and discover,” said Ms Legg.
