On Saturday 15 March 2025, KU Children’s Services hosted their Annual KU Conference at the Hyatt Regency in Sydney, with over 500 KU delegates in attendance from various regions across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland.
The event’s theme explored the concept of ‘Kaleidoscope of Perspectives: Embracing the Diversity of Early Childhood Education’. It was an insightful day of professional learning sessions and a fantastic opportunity to acknowledge staff members who have significantly contributed to KU, benefiting children, families, and communities throughout the previous year.
The Annual KU Conference is an important event where all KU staff are invited to come together to socialise, network and focus on how they can improve towards inspiring young children’s learning for life. KU values a vibrant work culture, growing career opportunities and rewarding leadership.
Heartfelt congratulations are extended to all the 160 recipients of the “KU Staff Association Long Serving Awards” that were given to staff who celebrated working with KU in 2024 ranging from 10 years to 35 years.
Congratulations are also extended to the thirteen recipients of the “KU Making the Difference Awards” who were acknowledged for their positive impact in 2024 by supporting children, families, communities, quality, sustainability, innovation and staff.
