Leadership in KU

The Leadership in KU research project is a year-long study that investigates effective early childhood leadership, as well as the challenges and opportunities for the future. It focuses on leadership assets (structure, resources, relationships and needs) that support effective leadership in KU and the wider sector. The project is endorsed by the KU Board to provide an evidence base to further support KU leadership initiatives and innovation. Christine Woodrow, Chair of the KU Education Committee, talks about this KU led project as part of the video.
